90. If the designation of a management body terminates prior to expiry or is not renewed, the body must continue to meet its obligations until a new management body has been designated.
A management body whose designation is terminated must take all necessary steps to ensure that the body that will take its place is able to fulfill all its obligations under this Regulation as soon as possible. The 2 bodies may, for that purpose, enter into a contract to determine the terms and conditions that apply, in particular, to the management of contracts entered into by the management body designated pursuant to this Regulation.
